This dumpling is chock-full of pea sprout – a vegetable that has long been used for Asian cooking. It has a lovely spring flavor and commonly stir fry with simple garlic oil as a side dish. Our chefs use this favorite vegetable to create an original tasting dumpling best enjoyed by most for its authentic taste and flavor.
